Transaction Science, Inc. operates Settlement and its associated domains. This policy covers the settlement.science marketing website. Application-specific data handling is governed by separate terms upon account creation.

Marketing Website

On this marketing website, we do not collect personal data. No cookies are set. No analytics or tracking scripts are used. No advertising networks are present.

Fonts & Assets

Fonts are loaded from rsms.me (Inter) and cdn.jsdelivr.net (JetBrains Mono). All other assets are self-hosted.

Server Logs

Our web server may log standard access information (IP address, page requested, timestamp). Logs are retained for no more than 30 days and are not shared with third parties.

Application Data

When you create a Settlement account, data processing — including identity verification, financial transactions, portfolio data, and payment information — is governed by separate terms specific to each financial service. Banking data is handled by our partner banks. Brokerage data is handled by our broker-dealer. This policy covers only the marketing website.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to know what data we collect (none on this site), request deletion, and opt out of data sales (we sell no data).

Children's Privacy
