Brokerage services are provided through a registered broker-dealer. Banking services are provided through FDIC-insured partner banks. Cryptocurrency services are provided through licensed subsidiaries.

All content, software, designs, logos, and documentation on this website are the exclusive property of Transaction Science, Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Financial Services Disclaimer

Settlement is not a bank. Banking services are provided by FDIC-insured partner institutions. Securities trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency is volatile and not insured by the FDIC or SIPC. Options trading involves substantial risk and is not appropriate for all investors.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during account registration

6. Regulatory Disclosures

Securities products are offered through a FINRA-registered broker-dealer and SIPC member. Cryptocurrency services are provided by a FinCEN-registered MSB with applicable state licenses.
